What is Play Test Cloud?

PlaytestCloud is a product testing site that pays you for testing unreleased games and providing feedback. It’s designed to provide usability testing tools for game studios. The way they provide that service is to pay playtesters like you to test new games.

The reward payment for each playtest varies depending on the tasks required during the playtests and the length of the playtest itself. You will always be informed of the reward payment in your email invitation. 

Typically, a 15-minute playtest and survey will have a reward of $9 USD. Payments can be made in either USD or GBP.   

How it Works

Once you’ve been accepted as a tester, you will receive emails inviting you to review new games. If you have some free time, you can choose to accept the challenge and test out the product. 

You then download the game and accept the non-disclosure agreement. Your voice is recorded as you play the game. Your job is to give your review by commenting on the game as you play. You will typically get paid up to $9 for each review you complete.

You can sign up for free but must complete the qualification test before starting. You can retake the test if you don’t pass the first time. Once you’re qualified, you will be invited to participate in paid reviews.
